MVLS/SALS
The Northville Public Library is a member of the Mohawk Valley Library System
(MVLS). A computer terminal provides access to the catalog of our
library and a broader search can be made to include the catalogs of
all MVLS member libraries as well as the member libraries of the
Southern Adirondack Library System (SALS).
Automated Circulation
Through the library's automated circulation system, all materials are checked in and out, renewals are processed, and a borrowing record for every member is maintained.
Overdue book fines are computed and reported and membership information for all library members is stored in a database for use by the director and staff.
